As explained above, [The Association] has kept working to take away my telepathic function. They hired Jeongdo Kim, Soonok Kim, Inseop Shim and at least 17 children to use the radio wave weapon (the criminals’ expression) in order to keep tracking and following me 24/7, make meaningless noise and torture both me and my companion animals. Their telepathy, taken away from me, once started, continued for up to 60 hours 30 minutes without ceasing, eating or sleeping. As their telepathy involved and included the torture of me and my companion animals, sexual torture and extreme stalking, such criminal contents have been sent out to the brains of all the people of the world. In short, the global brain connection field has been occupied forcedly and abused by [The Association] for more than 9 years as I fell victim to their radio wave crime. They never cared about how people felt about it or how painful it was to me and my companion animals. Until their intrusion, I was doing everything I could do to minimize and prohibit the global brain connection. However, since their intrusion, I had to stop all these activities and they so freely and excessively abused the telepathy, strengthening and fixing the telepathy to the current level. Therefore, if we mean to solve the global brain connection, we must first remove [The Association] that has criminalized the global brain connection field. After their removal, we must maintain the global brain connection field ethically and safely through good discussions and measures and then, prohibit it by finding a way that is good for all. Although my hard effort to ban the phenomenon had to be stopped due to [The Association], we must remove the Association from the field, find an ethical, moral and reasonable way to ban the global brain connection and manage all the problems derived from such covert crime through laws and policies, which will be good for everybody. Also, we must strictly forbid the dog-meat trade which is presumed to be the financial source of the radio wave crime. According to the criminals whose voice was recorded, the money earned from the dog-meat trade by [The Association] is related to the radio wave crime. As the dog-meat trade is a serious social vice that causes serious animal cruelty, destroys the sentiments of all the people of the world and damages the public interest, it must be and has been banned through legislation. However, there will still be the remaining business even after the prohibition. Beside such harms, as it has been proven that the dog-meat trade is the source of the vicious radio wave crime, we can decide that many other crimes derived from the radio wave crimes are born through the dog-meat trade. Therefore, we must end the radio wave crime and various derived crimes by strictly forbidding the dog-meat trade. Also, according to the criminals whose voice was recorded, all the radio wave crimes conducted in Korea are monopolized by [The Association]. They say that Mr. J is remitting payment monthly through Hana Bank. If this is true, through tracking of Mr. J’s bank account and investigation into Mr. J, we can identify all the radio wave criminals in Korea and we can also completely crack down on the vicious radio wave crime.
