Since the latter half of 2015 when I first became a victim of the radio wave crime, I have petitioned, filed complaints and sought help of the prosecutors, the police, the National Intelligence Service, the Office of President, the National Assembly and M.A.-gun County Office to solve the crime. But they investigated into the crime just once and this one also couldn’t be finished. The investigators tried to avoid me, even supported the dog-meat traders and also got angry because they thought that I reported the crime repetitively. One police team forced me to sign a document written that I voluntarily withdrew my request for investigation. Another police team blocked me from filing a complaint saying that it was repeated even when the content was different. Also, another police team didn’t even invite me for a statement and ended the case even when the backgrounds of the complaint were based on clear violation of the laws such as the Missing Children Act, the Child Abuse Act and the Human Trafficking Act. If my request for investigation was totally invalid, they didn’t have to force me to sign the document. Currently, the police is rejecting to answer to my report saying that it has been repeated despite my 9-year lonely investigation and the differences of the contents of each report. M.A.-gun County Office didn’t order a corrective measure but sided with Mr. L, the dog-meat trader who engaged in murder of my companion animals and attempted murder outrightly even when Lim had a facility to raise dogs on a vegetable farmland which violates Article 35 of the Farmland Act and blocked me from filing a complaint any further. They also said that they will keep watching Lim if he commits animal cruelty, which made me wonder and tilt my head. We must actually monitor if M.A.-gun County Office keeps tracking and monitors Lim’s animal cruelty on his farm. This means that the prosecutor, the police and M.A.-gun County Office received complaints on illegal incidents but didn’t investigate. It is easily recognizable that they don’t want to be involved with me, connected to the world, and don’t want to step into a whole new world called the radio wave crime. However, as not only the outright victims but also the whole world suffer, the government must let the police, the prosecutor and the administrators step in to beat this crime.

I know very well that public officials are working and serving so hard for the country and the people. However, they didn’t want to be involved in the dog-meat trade, the global brain connection and the radio wave crime no matter what and some even wanted to side with the dog-meat traders. As for the radio wave crime, it is extremely difficult to secure evidence. Also, the brain connection is a phenomenon that can hardly be proven. Therefore, the evidence may be weak or lacking in comparison with other crimes. However, as much as proving of the radio wave crime and the brain connection is difficult, the government also must try to recognize the power of evidence and the specificity of the statement in consideration of such total difficulty of proving. I have been recording their voice and noise every day since November 12^th, 2015 to prove their crime and could identify how and by whom they were requested to commit the crime, etc. Also, based on this voice record, I could prove the brain connection. This means that I could identify all the facts, meaning that the evidence I present has the power of proving. But both the prosecutor and the police wanted to ignore my evidence. Not only the direct victims like me and my companion animals but also the entire nation and all the people of the world are the victims to their crime. If they care about public interest, they will definitely investigate and can even arrest the radio wave criminals. Now, the government must investigate into, arrest and punish the radio wave criminals and secure peace and safety of the victims like me and the animals, all the Koreans and world citizens. Additionally, as all the people of the world are affected by the global brain connection, the government must study the concept like neurorights and engage in public activities to stop the damage and prevent further and future problems.

Nevertheless, I must thank a police officer who listened to my then-imperfect statement on January 5^th, 2017 in one of the police stations located in Seoul, 112 team leader and his team members from Iksan Police Station who visited me in the middle of the night because they were worried about me and the police officers who investigated into my case against Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim sent on February 17^th, 2022 which continued until April with all my heart.
