As a person’s brain activities must be free, it may not be desirable if a government means to intervene in this area. However, it has been a long time that the global brain connection field has become a socio-economic background of a criminal organization and has already been criminalized, I must say that the state intervention is required. Also, as it is extremely difficult to secure evidence of a radio wave crime but causes enormous suffering and damage while its social influence is immense, the government must step forward to ban such weapon or equipment in writing and punish anyone who manufactures, remodels, distributes or uses such equipment in order to remove the crime. As for me, too, if I hadn’t made up my mind to reveal the reason why my companion animals died, I must have completely fallen to their crime and must have given up my life itself. This much, this crime completely destroys a person’s body and mind, her social relations, social identity and the basis of economic livelihood. Also, as destruction of a person affects her family, community, society and state, the radio wave crime contains even more enormous implications of social engineering and effects. As for me, the life as an animal rights activist was destroyed and we can’t say that there has been no social influence. Also, as other animal rights groups were surveilled, we cannot easily fathom how this affected the whole civil society and animal rights activism. This means that the radio wave crime is not only a crime against an individual but also a social crime that destroys a victim’s social network. This is why the state must intervene. We must remove the criminals from this already criminalized brain connection field, keep the field as clean as possible and let this field perish through legitimate methods. We must also put an end to the vicious radio wave crime that destroys a person, society, state and the world. Korea has already done a lot of damage to the entire world through this radio wave crime for more than 9 years by now. The country must arrest all the criminals and stop all the damage to the world. The social status of the radio wave criminals is very low. They are under a situation where they cannot maintain their life if without the radio wave crime. This crime is conducted by the people who have the mental, bodily, physical and social conditions that disable their life itself if without the radio wave crime conducted in a hidden secret place that nobody knows. This is where destruction of this crime is related to solutions to other clear socio-structural problems. Based on this fact, too, the state intervention is more than necessary.
