Based on my investigation, I have the following suspicions on [the Association] and Mr. J that can be considered:

1.    The criminals in the crime have been reported a few times when they said that the radio wave crime in Korea is monopolized by [The Association] and Mr. J manages all the radio wave crimes in Korea.

2.    I have secured a few voice files saying that the radio wave weapon used by the criminals were given by Mr. J and Mr. L.

3.    In 2015, Mr. J brought a dozen of infants aged 4-7 to Jeongdo Kim, drugged them and used them for animal torture, house break-in and animal poisoning. This casts a doubt whether [The Association], Mr. J and Jeongdo Kim are related to child trafficking organizations or any such networks.

4.    I have secured voice files saying that Mr. J brought Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim from a mental hospital managed by Wonkwang University and Inseop Shim from another mental hospital in 2015 to use them for the crime against me and my companion dogs. According to the criminals, Mr. J mobilizes torturers from mental hospitals to put them into the radio wave crime. Therefore, it is possible there is a criminal network connecting mental hospitals and Mr. J.

5.    Besides, Chanwook Cho said that Jeongdo Kim, Soonok Kim and Inseop Shim are infected with AIDS. There must be investigation into whether Mr. J is related not only to mental hospitals but also to Sexually Transmitted Diseases like AIDS.

6.    I have secured many voice files saying that Mr. J gives drug to Jeongdo Kim, Soonok Kim and Inseop Shim who then give the drug to children and juveniles. Jeongdo Kim was also recorded when he said that he received weed from [The Association].

7.    Mr. J lived in (  abroad  ) around 2002 for his (         ) work. However, in relation to the radio wave, it is possible that he is related to international crimes involving secret weapon trade. Also, he committed the crime against Moonhee Kim whose brain is connected to the world and thus, he must be investigated as to whether he is related to any other international organized crime or whether he also was requested to kill her and the companion animals. The radio wave crime is basically a secret weapon black market and there are many reports of victims from other countries, meaning that such weapon is being traded globally. This means that [The Association] can be related to secret weapon market.
