I will explain based on my case. For more than 9 years since August 2015, many people using the radio wave equipment have come and left. Among them, I would like to share my experiences about the people who have never left the crime over the years. According to the voice files I have secured, Mr. J brought Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim from the mental hospital managed by Wonkwang University and Inseop Shim from the mental hospital managed by Iksan Hospital to the crime to torture and kill my companion dogs and me in 2015 by providing them with the radio wave equipment. Mr. J locked these people at a motel unknown to ordinary people, gave them the radio wave equipment and ordered them to engage in surveillance, torture and murder. Chanwook Cho told me that they are infected with the sexually transmitted diseases such as AIDS. Also, Mr. J brought infants and children aged around 4-7 from people and places unknown and let them participate in the crime from their infancy. These adults and children have committed all the crimes while being locked up at a motel. The methods disabling them to leave the crime include total deprivation of education, drug addiction and human trafficking modes such as confinement and exploitation. In the first place, these people are unable to have jobs, be paid and work for someone. Most of them can’t read Korean. They have no place to go and no other work to do. Confined, they become attached to the idea to scavenge on a victim all their lives. Unable to read Korean, totally uneducated, without family and community, mentally unstable and drug addicted, they devote their lives to torture and murder of people and animals. Their mental problems and drug addiction become worse and worse and people like Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim engage in very dangerous torture thinking that it is mere play. Such dangerous people use the torture equipment and weapon. In the end, such a mode of human labor mobilization disables the crime to be learned by the society and exposed. Their victims lose their social identity and base of livelihood and their body and mind are totally destroyed. The victims live destroyed lives and thus, are excluded from society. Destroyed and isolated, the victims are not trusted even when they expose the crime to the world. As the crime is clandestine and leaves almost no evidence, they can’t properly explain about the crime. The criminals have no other means of life and are like vagabonds. I believe that the reason why the radio wave crime has remained secret to the society lies in these aspects. People like Jeongdo Kim, Soonok Kim and Inseop Shim who must live a secluded life and children perhaps kidnapped or sold for the crime since their infancy through forced drugging are mobilized for the radio wave crime. They believe that they must live as parasites to their victims for their entire lives. They have no information on the outer world and have no experience in the society. Most of them don’t know what they are doing and their thinking capacity deteriorate day by day. The common characteristics of these people are short memory and lack of judging capacity. They become completely parasitic to their victims. Soonok Kim, if she wants to abuse my telepathy, pretends that she is a mad person, torturing my ill companion dog at night and harassing all the people of the world all day long. By engaging in these crimes, Soonok Kim receives KRW 1 million every month from Mr. J. A person like Soonok Kim has no other way to earn KRW 1 million a month. Thus, they can’t leave the crime. In the first place, these criminals are the ones who can’t live their lives in an open society. Drug and radio wave weapon completely destroy their personality and humanity and they can never go out to the world again. The radio wave crime is maintained this way. I believe that the reason why the radio wave crime has remained unknown to the investigators and the society lies in these aspects.

=> Most recently found evidence tells me that the current formal addresses of Jeongdo Kim, Soonok Kim and Inseop Shim are their mental hospitals. Mr. J bribed the hospitals to let out these mentally ill people and they have been paying to the hospitals to maintain the addresses. Therefore, while they are outside at Motel Sammaegyeong to conduct the radio wave crime, they are officially living at mental hospitals.
