The Statement of the Victim of the Global Brain Connection and the Secondary Crimes

I hereby present my statement on the global brain connection and the secondary crimes. To put it shortly, I am the epicenter of “the global brain connection” or global telepathy that started in March 2018. All my thoughts, perceptions, sensations, memories, physiological activities and all my words and behaviors are transferred to the brains of all the people of the world on a real-time basis. All my trivial thoughts, words, behaviors, perceptions and dreams I have while I sleep are also shared. Also, all the external factors such as people and media that I encounter are also exposed. To put it easily, my entire brain state is shared every moment on a real-time basis. The global brain connection that has haunted all of us for the last 16 years has led us to lose our ownership of our brains. As all my brain activities are shared without stopping, my human rights are being constantly violated while all the other people live with their “rights to be disconnected” violated as they are connected against their will. The most natural rights must be “the freedom of mind/thought’. If you lose your ownership of your brain, everything yours will be shared, distorting and destroying your life and you will be degraded to a second citizen by becoming unable to protect yourself and losing human dignity, decent life, natural rights, civil rights and even constitutional rights. In the last general election in the Republic of Korea, I declined to vote as my voting will not remain secret as constitutionally guaranteed. Right now, the entire human race is living without such rights. The rights were taken away by certain unknown power who don’t seem to have been legitimately elected. My life has been a glass menagerie and I have always lived in a completely controlled environment. My entire life has been devoured and taken for their purpose to develop the technology to connect all the brains of the world population. Therefore, I am a legitimate party and a victim to this crime. Also, the entire population subject to this technology have been deprived of “their rights to be disconnected” and therefore, they are legitimate parties, too. Since I first found that I was the epicenter of the phenomenon, I have worked to solve the problem by researching, writing, petitioning and filing a constitutional appeal and have always thought about how to stop or at least delay the global brain connection. I have refrained and abstained all throughout my life since then not to extend or deepen the global brain connection by minimizing my personal life and brain activities. Being alive, I couldn’t completely stop the brain connection but I have always tried to keep the two principles of “public interest” and “minimization”. However, all these efforts had to be stopped in August 2015. In the totally lawless field of the global brain connection, the secondary crime also involving unethical technologies crept in. They have benefited from this complete lawlessness of the brain connection. As I have taken part in animal rights movement since 1998 and all my brain activities related to co-habitation with and love for my companion dogs were delivered and shared, one of the leaders of the organizations that would find it most disturbing hired three people named Jeongdo Kim (김정도) and Soonok Kim (김순옥) and asked them to kill my companion dogs, Harry and Soondol “in the most painful ways” (recorded based on the evidence) first and then kill me. When I first fell victim to the crime, I tended to think that the culprits would be Korean or the US government. I thought that the government wanted to harm/kill me because I was the epicenter of the global brain connection. However, based on my evidence and analyses over a long period of time, I found that the person who designed and led the crime was Mr. J and Mr. L who held high positions for at least two ( ) associations in Korea. My pure intention and effort to solve the global brain connection had to be stopped by Mr. J, Mr. L, Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim. They abused the brain connection phenomenon and conducted extreme crimes such as bio-surveillance, animal cruelty, remote sexual torture and rape, child abuse and drug abuse, thus spreading anti-public, anti-human and unethical activities to the world for the last 9 years. As I was subjected to severe remote sexual/physical torture and tried to find out who was doing this by investing all my time and energy, I had to stop all the work to stop the global brain connection for the last 9 years. I know it is hard to believe but I was subjected to severe and remote sexual torture and even rape and my companion dogs were tortured and died through the worst possible methods one can imagine. Mr. J, Mr. L, Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim committed all the crimes that could ever be committed by human beings relying on their sole belief that the global brain connection will remain secret forever. This group consisting of a sex worker and her married lover, organized by the above-named ( ), seemed to have learned from the harsh entire process of the global brain connection involving extreme character assassination that completely took away all my human rights and without reservation, conducted the most extreme cruelty towards me and my companion dogs. As they were parasites relying on the worst crime of the human race called the global brain connection, I call their crimes “the secondary crimes”. As for the details of their secondary crimes, please refer to my website contents and posts. As I have identified these people through ceaseless investigation and analysis of evidence over the last 9 years, their crimes have become much lighter by now. Accordingly, I am able to work to stop the global brain connection again by now. No one will deny that the most basic natural rights of human beings is “the freedom of mind/thought”. The powerful people who have developed and spread this technology violated my entire life and the rest of the people became subject to this technology. Apart from my brain activities, for the last 9 years, the entire population of the world had to experience all the crimes conducted by the above-mentioned people as they mostly took advantage of the brain connection phenomenon. The secondary crime stopped me from working to minimize and ultimately abolish the technology for the last 9 years and while I was doing my best not to be connected, all the severe criminal activities of Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim who abused the brain connection mainly for fun and pastime deepened and strengthened the technology even further, resulting in the currently more embedded and entrenched status of global brain connection to the extent that no one really recognizes the violation of their rights while being connected, which is a great misfortune to the entire population of the world. Now, the technology is deeply embedded and entrenched to the extent that it seems impossible to break. However, all the governments and national assemblies of the world as well as important international organizations must develop and execute the laws and policies prohibiting the brain connection, brain cloning and mind uploading and the secondary crimes and shall do their best to solve the current and prospective problems. Especially, please pay attention to the possibility that my brain has already been uploaded (transhumanism) and I will be replaced by a powerful class, organization or even machine without asking for your informed consent this time again. It is highly likely that the technology will be further continued and developed through “replacement” rather than being abolished at my personal level. Then again, they will not seek your approval and consent and destroy democracy. Therefore, I ask all the governments, national assemblies, international organizations, civil society organizations and news media to take the following measures urgently: 

1. Please acknowledge and announce the global brain connection. The global brain connection has not been fairly presented and couldn’t be solved remaining secret even when everybody experienced and knew it all along. As the most basic step, the crime must be acknowledged in public. 

2. The global brain connection destroys human dignity just like “human cloning” prohibited by the United Nations and all the countries of the world and is another technology that can enable human cloning in a different sense (cloning of human brain or mind uploading), which must be prohibited in writing and through substantial execution. I ask all the related international organizations and governments of the world to prohibit brain cloning, mind uploading and brain connection in writing. 

3. Human brains govern entire human lives and everything in our society and our ownership of our brains must be complete. I ask all the governments, international organizations, civil society and news media of the world to investigate into who have violated the most basic human rights and created and maintained the unethical brain connection even when they were not legitimately elected by the nations. They must be held accountable by now and must be punished. 

4. Alongside the laws and policies, please arrange technological countermeasures and stop the brain connection immediately. At the same time, brain cloning and mind uploading must be stopped and banned. 

5. Please discuss ethical treatment and disposal of all the devices, media and equipment containing information of my brain and other people’s brains. The information as to this must be transparently disclosed. 

6. Identify the new concepts arising from the global brain connection and the secondary crimes such as constant violation of neuro-privacy/neuro-rights, social engineering, remote torture conducted towards humans and animals, remote sexual crimes, extreme bio-surveillance, etc. and prohibit them substantially through laws and policies. 

7. Remove ( ) from the current global brain connection field and dissolve the associations as they are organized crimes. Also, investigate and arrest Mr. J and Mr. L who held high positions for at least two ( ) in Korea and his hired criminals, Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim who tortured my companion dogs to death, harmed me through sexual torture, rape and bio-surveillance, severely damaged the global population and deepened the global brain connection through interception of my brain waves by engaging in various criminal activities. For the last 9 years, all the people have been exposed to not only my brain activities but also to their criminal activities taking advantage of the brain connection in the form of ‘broadcasting’ through my body. They abused and deepened the global brain connection which was minimized through refrainment and abstention of my life via extreme effort. This is a crime not only against me. It is a serious evil done to the entire human race. 

8. Please prohibit the equipment used by Mr. J, Mr. L, Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim to conduct the secondary crimes by arranging laws and policies. I also didn’t believe it and it is difficult for you to believe. However, remotely, I was sexually tortured and raped and I became subjected to extreme bio-surveillance also involving physical harm. Also, my companion dogs were tortured in the cruelest ways and the torture resulted in their deaths. Jeongdo Kim was recorded to have said that Mr. J and Mr. L gave the equipment to them and that ( ) was doing the job. As for the existing laws and resolutions, in 1999, the European Parliament passed the Resolution A4-0005/1999 Section 27 to enter into the “International Convention introducing a global ban on deployments of weapons which might enable manipulation of human beings”. Also, Russia (2001), Berkeley of California (2002), Michigan (2004), Massachusetts (2004), Maine (2005) and Richmond of California (2015) passed resolutions or laws to prohibit and regulate the equipment and weapon used by by Mr. J, Mr. L, Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim. Also, the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research (UNIDIR) officially included such weapons in their “Media Guide to Disarmament” in 2002. 

9. If there is no other way but my death to stop and prohibit the global brain connection, please consider my euthanasia. Also, I don’t want any of my memories and brain activities to work as a medium for the furtherance of this technology by an unethical, illegitimate and secret source of power after I die. I want my death to be normal and want an afterlife where I can meet my deceased companion dogs and loved ones again once I died though it is a very personal wish (I am a Christian.). 

10. As all the people of the world have fallen victim to the brain connection and the secondary crimes, transparently disclose all the relevant information about the crimes and fulfill the people’s rights to know, natural rights and constitutional rights. 

11. Please look into these problems in the realms of laws, policies, ethics and morality so that the brain connection and the secondary crime do not take place again and wisely deliver the results to all the people so that they can be well-informed of neuroethics, bioethics and unethical technologies. Another danger not to be forgotten is that I may be just an incubator of this technology. Therefore, if the technology becomes perfected even further, some illegitimate power, organization or even machine may replace me, meaning that this technology will become a perpetual nightmare rather than a time-limited application. If this is to take place, they won’t ask for your informed consent and opinions and damage democracy seriously then again. If the process is not good, the result will involve many problems no matter how perfect it may seem. Please secure good laws and policies against such a possibility. 

12. It is understandable that people do not feel any more threat as they have been connected for 16 years, which is a long time. Most of all, the destructive activities done against me in the process of the brain connection were so relentless and merciless and people, thus threatened, may fear to protest those who have done this. Even when the power to get connected to and communicate with all the people of the world was given to me, I didn’t use it. Most of all, I didn’t use it for my personal gains or to win people for me and I abstained and refrained to the fullest extent all throughout. It is because I’ve always found this technology extremely unethical. Nevertheless, I see the possibilities that a human being whose rights have been entirely and thoroughly denied for the technology development is discarded while the technology is accepted, which is not fair. Also, despite 16 years of the global brain connection, in the official market, only the basic brain-computer interface is being announced (see Elon Musk’s recently developed brain chip technology called Telepathy). Therefore, please do not ignore the state of development of advanced technologies in the black market and develop system and mechanism to substantially control actually existing unethical technologies developed through black markets. As in our real life, privacy is respected and kept, at this point of time, we have come to the stage where we must be concerned about neuro-privacy/neuro-rights and brain activities, meaning a life itself. I strongly assert that human beings’ ethical system must be a step ahead the technology at all times. Please control it rather than being controlled by it. And let’s not live like this. 

13. Especially, I would like to seek attention and responsibilities of the governments of the USA and the Republic of Korea which must have been most related to this technology development and application by any means. I do not know who has developed and maintained the technologies of brain cloning, brain uploading and brain connection. However, at least, the governments of the USA and the Republic of Korea seem to have played an undeniable role in the process and throughout my life. Therefore, based on the statement above, I ask the governments to take an ethical and substantial measure. 

14. I could identify the criminals of the secondary crimes only through the deaths of my companion dogs, Harry and Soondol. by Mr. J, Mr. L, Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim are guilty of the severe cruelty against me, animals, children and all the people of the world. Harry and Soondol were the only souls who were with me when I was completely broken and isolated through the global brain connection process. Because they were with me, I could endure everything. Harry and Soondol were targeted because of my brain connection by the vicious people and died the most painful deaths. Sometimes I think that these souls suffered and were sacrificed and died instead of me, to put it more sentimentally. This crime destroyed such pure and precious souls because of the criminals’ wrongheaded passion, hatred and interest. I will not forget Harry and Soondol, sacrificed, and investigate and solve the crime without reservation. Whoever the victim may be, cruelty is a serious crime and wickedness that shall be strictly prohibited and punished everywhere in the world.
