Subject: Seeking your attention to harmful technologies making the entire world suffer

Dear President of the Republic of Korea, President of the United States of America and the European Union Parliament, 

My name is Kim Moonhee and I am a Korean national. This message is to seek your help with the two harmful technologies that have made the entire population of the world suffer and damaged human rights and democratic values and victimized innocent lives over many years. As a victim who has experienced these harmful technologies, somehow I have decided that it is my duty to speak the truth and find a solution by informing and seeking help publicly. To put it directly, I am the epicenter of the global brain connection (global telepathy), which makes me a legitimate party and a victim of the technology development and application. Also, I have fallen victim to the hard-to-believe remote torture conducted by a criminal element in Korea, which made the rest of the world suffer together with me and my dogs over the past 8.5 years through the global brain connection. This letter has been written to express my concern about the global brain connection that has been in place for 16 years since March 2008. Also, this is to seek your attention to another harmful technology involving remote torture that I have been subjected for 8.5 years since the latter half of 2015 and which killed my companion dogs. Although it is very hard to deliver these issues appropriately, I must express my concern based on my understanding and conviction that the complete lawlessness has resulted in much disorder and misfortune, making the entire population of the world suffer from both phenomena. I decided that it is an urgent matter to be attended by the governments of the world as I’ve witnessed and directly experienced the problems especially with the lawlessness and absence of investigation and transparency in these two technologies. I am seeking your attention to stop and abolish such harmful and undemocratic technologies and arrange countermeasures in terms of laws, policies, technologies and ethical discourses to prevent recurrences. I believe that the world suffers too much and something must be done to remove such immoral and unethical technological applications. Please refer to the following report and other attached files. As I am not a technology expert and have lived a life of a victim for many years, I find it very hard to present the gist as logically as possible. Also, as you know well, in most cruelty cases, victims often find it very difficult to describe the damage they have suffered and properly protest the perpetrators. It seems that the same applies to me. The contents may be disturbing but I have spoken only the truth. I seek your generous understanding that it has been very difficult to describe the matters and the contents seem to be still rather wild as I myself am the very victim. Please understand that these details and contents will be improved, supplemented and further shared with other relevant parts of the world in the future. However, most of all, the world’s population needs your engagement to harness and regulate the harmful technologies right now.

Sending these materials to the governments, I also have my fear that there may occur another unwanted social representation involving character assassination and social engineering as before. However, I took my courage realizing that nobody will talk about the matters if I didn’t. Also, I want to believe that our governments are still conscientious. I am very much looking forward to your attention and engagement. Thank you for reading my letter and the attached materials in advance. Kim Moonhee’s Report: The Global Brain Connection (Telepathy) and the Secondary Crimes (Remote Torture) 

May 14th, 2024

1. Introduction to Kim Moonhee and Backgrounds

My name is Kim Moonhee (김문희) and I am a Korean national. I was born on November 18, 1975 and have engaged in animal rights movement since 1998 while working for various institutions and companies over the years. To explain about the beginning of the global brain connection, in March 2008, I met a fellow animal rights activist and had a talk for about five hours about the animal rights movement, dog-meat trade in Korea, my personal affairs, other activists and other various social issues. Soon after this, I found that the contents were being widely shared by all the people of the world over many years. Over the course, I experienced extreme deprivation of privacy, social exclusion, character assassination and massive-scale social engineering both in Korea and abroad. Finally, one day I realized that I lived a life all throughout as a victim of the invasive technologies such as telepathy. After I found this out, I set up a website named VolunTour Korea to work to stop the phenomenon in July 2013 and worked to stop or at least delay the process by writing, researching, petitioning to the National Assembly and filing a constitutional appeal the Constitutional Court of Korea. As I couldn’t bear the burden of the telepathic relationships with all the people, I sought solitude in remote areas along with my two senior dogs, Harry and Soondol. Away from people in remote areas, I worked as much as possible for more than two years until the latter half of 2015 when I and my dogs became subjected to strange phenomena involving full-blown very aggressive surveillance, torture and sexual attacks and sounds of swear words and activities of various people within the house when there was no one around us. As the phenomena were too severe and bizarre, I had to discontinue all my works to stop the global brain connection and other social issues such as the dog-meat trade which was my lifetime dedication. While I was exposed to physical and sexual harassment when there was no one around, my German Shepherd Dog named Harry suddenly could not breathe, which also disabled him to sleep and eat along with strange pain all around his body. This continued for about 40 days and consumed him, which finally led him to die on October 28th, 2015. The prestigious veterinary college conducted various most advanced medical tests but couldn’t identify the cause of his bodily symptoms. After his death, the strange phenomena became even more serious and I had to endure all the more relentless physical and sexual attacks. Then, on December 7, 2015, my other senior dog named Soondol, Shi Tzu Dog, began to release intestinal pieces and organs through his anus. The pain was so severe that he passed out so many times and screamed a lot. On the following night, his heart stopped beating suddenly and I lost him. As the phenomena were so bizarre and I doubted criminal elements, I began to record what was being heard inside my house from November 12, 2015. After the two dogs died, all the torture began to be directed at me and I had to suffer day and night from the ceaseless sexual torture and even rape (twice). While enduring the ordeal, I started to analyze the recorded materials. In April 2016, while I was listening to the files recorded on December 6-7, 2015 I found a lot of traces of people entering into my house and force-feeding Soondol something, which also included children and women. This happened for these two nights and I realized what happened to Soondol and why he released his intestines and organs through his anus. Soondol was poisoned by the house intruders over two nights. Until then and thereafter, I tended to think that the culprits would be the Korean or American government like the CIA who might have wanted to kill or harm me due to the global brain connection. However, this rather solid belief was broken when I found in May 2018 from the recorded materials that Mr. L from ( ) in M.A-gun County ordered some people to kill the dogs and me altogether while it was necessary to kill the dogs first by applying “the most painful methods” (direct translation of the recorded voices) before killing me. I was so shocked to find that the culprit was the industrial source as I tended to firmly believe that I was targeted by the government. And in June 2020, I found out the real names of the hitmen from the recorded materials – they were Kim Jeongdo (김정도), Kim Soonok (김순옥) and Cho Chanwook (조찬욱). They were hired by Mr. L to kill the three of us and strangely, they were all from Iksan City, Jeollabuk-do, my hometown. I figured out that Mr. L deliberately introduced Iksan citizens to escape doubt when he is investigated as he was a citizen of M.A-gun County. 

The torture continued and I kept fighting by documenting and reporting the crime to the law enforcement ceaselessly while not stopping analysis of the recorded materials. While everyone was hearing, watching and perceiving, the criminals kept on doing their job without being concerned about the world. They fully enjoyed the technologies as if they were sources of fun and entertainment while I refrained to the fullest extent to minimize the impact of the phenomenon. While the technologies were most heinous creations, they were just and mere playthings to the criminals. They indulged in the telepathy and my identity theft all along while I did my best not to use the telepathy technology. The following covers what I have found through the analysis. These details are provided as they are intrinsically intertwined with the global brain connection. 

While I tried to minimize the impact of the global brain connection on the world, their severe torture and “forced human-body broadcasting” which is the term I coined to express the activities of the criminals to enjoy the telepathy to send out their words and activities instead of mine to the world as well as other bizarre activities hindered and disrupted such efforts of mine. In short, the world’s population have been exposed to the words and activities of the criminals through my brain in addition to my brain activities. This furthered and made the technology more embedded over the long course of 8.5 years while their severe torture stopped me from working on the global brain connection. As I finally found out their identities and other background information, their torture became much lighter and thus, now, I am available to work to stop the global brain connection again. I deeply mourned the torture and deaths of my dogs all along and I must say that their sacrifice was the key to the findings about the criminals that I have now. I am just waiting to meet them again in heaven someday while doing justice on their deaths on earth. 

Also, while I waited for someone more excellent to start a conversation about these technologies that may doom us all, I realized that nobody will. At least, being a legitimate party and a victim, I thought that this must not be delayed any further and we must solve the problems as soon as possible. So I took courage and am writing these materials to be sent to the above-mentioned governments. 

Finally, based on the above-presented background and introduction, I will talk about the criminalities of the technologies and the criminal gang engaged in the crimes. 

2. The Global Brain Connection (Telepathy) Phenomenon

The global brain connection started in March 2008, more than 16 years ago. Although it began in March 2008, I realize that all my life, I have been the source of the phenomenon. After I found that I was the epicenter of the global brain connection, I tried to stop this through institutional approaches trying to write, petition, research and file a constitutional appeal to the Constitutional Court of Korea. However, all these efforts had to be stopped in the latter half of 2015 as I became subjected to the severe stalking and remote torture along with my senior companion dogs, Harry and Soondol. Since I found that I was the reason of the global brain connection, I sought remote places to live alone with my dogs while refraining my thoughts, words and behavior to the fullest extent and tried to minimize the phenomenon not to inflict stress and pain on the people of the world. All throughout, I had two principles in mind: minimization and public interest. As I was a living human, I couldn’t completely stop the telepathy but I tried to minimize it and always focused on public interest when the telepathy was likely to be involved. However, my efforts were successfully disrupted by the activities of the hitmen hired by Mr. L who held high positions for at least two ( ) in Korea. Especially, while I tried not to exist, Kim Soonok, the only female among the hitmen, became addicted to the “forced human-body broadcasting” and tried to steal my identity saying “I will become Kim Moonhee”, “It is mine, mine”, etc. She intercepted my brain activities and sent out/broadcasted her words and activities to the entire world instead of mine. Over the course, due to their endless various activities, the telepathy seemed to have become stronger and more embedded. Although I was the source of the phenomenon, it was ( ) who hired Kim Soonok to “play” with it instead of me and abuse the technology to the fullest extent. This way, the association harmed not only me and my dogs but the entire population of the world. For the last 8.5 years, people of the world fell victim to the broadcasting of these people in addition to my brain activities. Kim Soonok, if not connected to my brain, becomes very impulsive, aggressive and violent and tortures me and my dog. And when she is connected to my brain, she becomes soft and overjoyed it as if she were in a trance, meaning that she is addicted to the telepathy. This is a serious problem suffered by not only me and my dog but by the entire population of the world as she has no intention to stop. In addition, Kim Soonok regularly takes the drugs offered by Mr. L and ( ) (Kim Jeongdo’s words), making her activities even more bizarre and violent. 

Summing up, the global brain connection started in March 2008 and since the latter half of 2015, ( ) intercepted and sent out their words and activities involving sexual torture, cruelty to animals, drug abuse and radio wave crimes which will be discussed in detail below. The people of the world have fallen victim to not only my brain activities but also to the words and activities of Kim Soonok who was hired by ( ) to disrupt my activities for animals and people and abused the telepathy while I was not using it.

While the brain connection phenomenon must be abolished, the more criminal contents provided by ( ) and Kim Soonok must be removed first as this involves extreme violation of human rights and peace and order of the world and is composed of cruel contents against animals and other vulnerable people like children. I wonder how the entire population endures this and am extremely concerned about children and juveniles. 

In sum, until May 2018 when I found that the culprit was ( ), I had no doubt that it was the hidden governmental activities and when I learned about who did it, I was really shocked. Although I worked for animals since 1998, I’ve never been a well-known activist. It is by now believed that ( ) targeted me and my dogs because of the global brain connection as I was always sharing every emotion with Harry and Soondol and writing materials to ban the dog-meat trade, which might have offended Mr. L and led him to decide to kill us. When the attempted murder failed, they changed their goal from murder to interception and theft of the telepathic function by introducing Kim Soonok, a sex worker, to replace my activities. 

3. The Secondary Crimes Conducted by ( ) 

The following sums up my investigation and analysis of the recorded materials. Mr. L and ( ) engaged in the following organized crimes by sending Kim Jeongdo, Kim Soonok and Cho Chanwook, citizens of Iksan City, my hometown. It can be expressed that the leader of organized crimes such as Mr. L wore the mask of a meat dog farmer and held high positions for at least two ( ). The dog-meat trade in Korea involves a lot of illegal elements and is characteristic of much unethical, immoral and anti-public activities. It is an excellent greenhouse for some criminals to enter and hide their identities. This means that the associations and the industry are not composed of pure farmers but provide a warm bed for secret criminal activities of the criminals like Mr. L. When I met Mr. L, he said he kept only 200 dogs, which is very small in number in comparison with other leaders who keep thousands or even ten thousands of dogs for their business and maintenance of their prestige. This strengthens my doubt that Mr. L’s meat dog farm is just a disguise to hide his real identity, the criminal engaging in other activities including animal cruelty, human-related crimes (brain crime in my case and child abuse), drug business and radio wave crimes. 

 Contract killing and murder – Gang Hosoon, one of the most notorious serial killers in Korea and a man who abducted and killed a high school girl in 2018 used to run meat dog farms and dog-meat restaurant. This means that murders and serial killers hide their identities through engagement in meat dog farms. These represent only the famous and publicly well-known cases. Also, Lee Younghak and Yoo Youngcheol, also very famous murderers in Korea, practiced killing by slaughtering dogs. Mr. L is also a contract killer wearing the mask of a meat dog farmer and holding high positions for at least two ( ) in Korea. He hired and ordered Kim Jeongdo, Kim Soonok and Cho Chanwook to torture and kill my dogs and me. 

 24/7 stalking/forced co-habitation and bio-surveillance – Since the latter half of 2015, Kim Jeongdo, Kim Soonok and Cho Chanwook, along with other people, engaged in violent stalking 24 hours a day. As I was a completely hacked person and they could read my brain activities, their activities took the form of extreme bio-surveillance. For example, if I dreamed while asleep and it offended Kim Soonok, she tortured my dog named Dotori or me to wake me up. If I go to the bathroom, Kim Jeongdo, a male leader, follows and watches me. They read all my brain activities and combined their torture techniques with the information released through the telepathy. I have forcedly and unwantedly lived with these people who killed my most beloved dogs for the last 8.5 years. 

 Cruelty to animals – Korean meat dog trade is internationally famous for its cruelty to the dogs. It has been widely known and criticized internationally over the last 40 years. On January 9, 2024, the Korean National Assembly passed the Special Act to ban the dog-meat trade in Korea with a grace period of three years which still makes the traders seek the profit and compensation as much as possible. It was also proven through their activities that the meat dog industry is inherently cruel in that they asked the hitmen to torture and kill my dogs “in the most painful way” (direct translation of the recorded material) first before me. Mr. L asked Kim Jeongdo and Kim Soonok to torture Harry, Soondol and Dotori. As for Harry, according to Kim Jeongdo (recorded), they tortured him for 40 days to cause a disability to breathe, resulting in the inability to sleep and eat, which consumed and killed him. Also, on December 6-7, 2015, pairs consisting of women or children broke into my remote house in Haenam-gun, Jeollanam-do when I fell asleep and tried to force-feed the poison provided by Mr. L to Soonsol and they fled each time I woke up. This happened several times each night and in the afternoon, December 7, Soondol began to release what seemed to be exploded intestines and body organs through his anus. This was so painful that he passed out several times and screamed in much pain. This took place until December 8 when he finally died. According to the recorded voice file, Kim Jeongdo said that Mr. L gave him “the drug to explode Soondol’s intestines which will kill him in the most painful way” (direct translation of the recorded material). Also, Kim Soonok engaged in torturing another dog named Dotori from October 2018. Each time she was bored without being connected to my brain because I was sleeping, etc., she was offended and became impatient and she attacked Dotori. When my grandmother passed away in May 2022 and I was full in tears, she became more aggressive and attacked Dotori exactly “100” times overnight. Once, she didn’t stop attacking the dog for two nights and three days straight. I have stayed up all night to protect Dotori as her attack occurred mostly at night since October 2022. It is to be closely observed that Mr. L asked them to kill the dogs “most painfully” and gave the drug that will explode the dog’s intestines. Kim Jeongdo was also recorded to have said that ( ) kill three dogs every year as a sacrificial offering by applying the same drug used to murder Soondol to kill them most painfully. According to my experiences and observation, Mr. L enjoys the torture and cruelty to the animals. Kim Soonok is the sole torturer of Dotori. The dog torture was her joy, the means to show off and control me psychologically. I have recorded, documented and fought all throughout the years and by now, luckily, her dog attack has reduced significantly and my dog is at rest most of the time while I still can’t sleep at most of the nights to protect him from Kim Soonok. 

 Organized violence and crimes involving offense against persons (children, woman (me), animals and remote torture) – It is by now certain that Mr. L and ( ) are organized criminal gangs. Their violence was organized and experienced, meaning that my case is neither their first nor their last. He gave the equipment that could remotely torture animals and humans to Kim Jeongdo and Kim Jeongdo was recorded to have said that Mr. L assured him by saying that using the equipment was not illegal. This means that Mr. L possessed such a weapon or equipment for a considerable time and knows its legal status. Also, Kim Jeongdo and Kim Soonok have always been accompanied by several young children. The children’s voices are alike in terms of being like an old man’s voice suffering from asthma. As will be described later, they gave drugs to the children and it can be reasonably inferred that the children smoke the weed provided by Mr. L (recorded). Also, during the house break-in to poison Soondol over December 6-7, 2015, five different children’s voices were recorded, meaning that Kim Jeongdo and Kim Soonok ordered the children to break into my house and poison the dog. The children do not eat properly and stay up all night following Kim Soonok’s criminal activities. Of course, they don’t go to schools. They are not being educated but mobilized for the crimes of Kim Soonok and Kim Jeongdo. The couple replaced the children 3-4 times over the years to keep the ages of the children at similar levels. Also, I was sexually tortured for over a year and was remotely raped twice, which is hard to believe but true. They watch me when I am in the bathroom. As for the description of the remote torture, please find the attached file. It is by now necessary to investigate how they acquired such equipment and how they mobilized the children, whether the children were abducted or recruited, etc. Kim Soonok forces the children to watch me when I am in the bathroom even when the children expressed their wish not to. Also, she involved children when she attacked my dog even when the children wished that they didn’t want to dog to be attacked. The United Nation decided in 2023 that animal cruelty conducted in front of children constitutes child abuse. The offense against vulnerable persons by ( ) is so vivid and manifest like this. 

 Interception and identity theft – After a year when they tried to kill my dogs and me, they changed their criminal content from murder and sexual torture to identity theft. As Kim Soonok was the only female adult in the group, she was the most prominent component in this type of crime. She always said “I will become Kim Moonhee” and “it’s mine, it’s mine (perhaps referring to the telepathy)”. While I was doing my best not to be “broadcasted” through telepathy, she stepped in and stole the telepathy function. She followed me wherever I went, talked aggressively and raged without stopping and engaged in bizarre activities always to draw my attention to her. People were subjected to not only my brain activities, words and behaviors, but also to Kim Soonok’s ceaseless words and behaviors involving serious human rights violation and animal cruelty. This took the form of identity theft as she committed the crime in the absence of my words and behaviors as I hardly speak and act during the whole day to minimize the impact of the telepathy. In short, Mr. L and ( s introduced Kim Soonok to replace my brain activities and so that their destructive and violent contents of activities are spread to the world, thus damaging my reputation and good intent and disrupting my activities for the animals while inflicting serious stress and pain on the people of the world. It is to be noted that all their words and behaviors are loud enough to be recorded and I have accumulated evidence over the last 8 years. 

 Drug and substance abuse – As their activities were bizarre and impulsive mostly, I doubted drug abuse from the first. Over the years, Kim Jeongdo was recorded to have said that Mr. L and ( ) have regularly provided marijuana and methamphetamine to them. Especially, Kim Soonok’s activities against me and my dogs were most aggressive and impulsive while her activities were so bizarre. All her activities have resulted in my conviction that she is a drug addict or at least a regular user of various drugs. It is also Kim Soonok who gives the drugs to the children. Most recently, they were recorded to have said that “we have been giving the drugs to the children. (direct translation)” According to the previously reported news, the dog meat traders often give marihuana to the farmed dogs as this helps the dogs grow fast. Some of the meat dog farmers sold the remaining drug after feeding the dogs. While it is legal in some countries, this substance is still illegal in Korea and feeding it to animals and children may constitute illegal activities and cruelty. In Korea, if a man gives a drug to a child, he can be sentenced to death at maximum. This implies that the ( ) are involved secretly in the drug business. Also, Mr. L gave them the poison to explode the intestines of Soondol and was recorded to have said that they kill three dogs every year by applying this drug as a sacrificial ritual. This means that they are aware of and can reach such perhaps illegal substances and drugs, which must be investigated. 

 Radio wave crime – According to the recorded materials, Mr. L gave the radio wave equipment to Kim Jeongdo and Kim Soonok. With this equipment, they can follow me, watch me, talk to me and torture me and my dogs. They also intruded the public offices when I visited the police or the prosecutor, meaning that they can enter anywhere with this equipment which seriously violates privacy and public order. They have no respect for secrecy, security and confidentiality. They can access to all types of information of the country thanks to this equipment. This equipment cannot be used by beginners and I have my well-constructed doubt that Mr. L and ( ) have been involved in this radio wave crime for a very long time. Both Kim Jeongdo and Kim Soonok were recorded to have said that “it is ( ) that is conducting this crime” (direct translation). This somehow and to a little extent reminds me of how they illegally use electricity when torturing and killing the meat dogs. 

 Brain crime and severe bio-surveillance – By using the equipment, Mr. L, ( ), Kim Jeongdo and Kim Soonok engaged in my life and indulged in all types of experimentation involving my brain activities. It was a source of fun to them. They read everything in my brain and created brand-new crimes all along. If I translated or wrote, they could catch the words in my brain nearly on a real-time basis and speak the words aloud. They are not English speakers but can read my English in my brain, meaning that the telepathy is so delicate and detailed. If I dreamed and they didn’t like it, they tortured me and my dog to wake me up. They read all my bodily and physiological activities and these are combined with their “punishment” involving the radio wave equipment. 

 Disruption of the world’s order – They have broadcasted X-rated contents involving animal cruelty, sexual torture, and other bizarre and unethical activities. After one year of such violence, mostly, Kim Soonok engaged in identity theft and disrupted the entire world. When she began to talk, it lasted up to 41 hours if long. When she was full-blown to torture my dogs, she didn’t sleep for two nights just to torture them. All the contents of their activities were delivered to the entire world for the last 8.5 years. I am so concerned how the people of the world have endured this all throughout the years and hope that they can rest from all of these ridiculous and violent crimes thanks to your involvement. 

4. Description of ( ), Mr. L, Kim Jeongdo, Kim Soonok, Cho Chanwook and Other People 

Based on my experiences with and observation on ( ) and these people, they share the common thing as follows – they don’t care about other people, public interest and human virtues that can be destroyed due to their behavior as long as it benefits and entertains them. I’ve never seen such selfish people in my life. The associations and the criminals named above never consider other people and what may be destroyed or harmed due to their presence or behavior. Also, they are characteristic of severe cruelty to animals and people alike. It is to be noted, according to the recorded materials, Mr. L introduced himself to Kim Jeongdo and Kim Soonok that he is Mr. L from ( ) in M.A-gun County, not Mr. L as an individual at first. He introduced that he acted as an organization, not an individual. 

 ( ) – There are several ( ) in Korea and Mr. L held high positions for at least two of them. They always maintain that they are vulnerable members of the society but they always try to find the weakest members of the society and prey on them and try to find missing links of the law so that they can benefit from lawlessness and disorder, which can be seen from the dog-meat trade and my case. Although they represent that they are vulnerable farmers, they have gained significant wealth over the last decades while the industry was not being regulated by the government for decades. The industry involves overwhelming cruelty to animals while destroying hygiene, environment and safety and violating human virtues such as compassion and empathy. The industry persisted due to the neglect and even embracement of the politicians who didn’t want to lose the vote and benefit from collective public sentiment against the foreign involvement criticizing animal cruelty. However, this has been turned upside down as the Korean population living with companion animals overwhelmed the other population who consume the animals. It is a peculiar phenomenon taking place only in Korea that the associations have been formed to continue the dog-meat trade. In many cases, cruelty against children, animals and other vulnerable beings persist due to the complicity of the surrounding neighbors and family members. The same applies to the dog-meat trade. Back in the 1990s and 2000s when I first joined the movement to end the trade, it was extremely hard to raise a voice against the practice and industry within the country due to the public sentiment inclined to nationalism, national pride and cultural relativism against international criticism. In the midst of this collective sentiment, even a bill legalizing the industry was proposed at the National Assembly. I realize that a cruelty case is hard to be solved on behalf of the victim because of the society’s collective neglect and propensity to stand by the perpetrators and this same phenomenon applied to the dog-meat trade. Dogs live with the people in the houses and take up the lowest position within a family and when he/she is subjected to cruelty such as violence and eating, the weaker family members who are often likely to be children and women feel for them but cannot fight the perpetrator who often ranks highest in the family group. The ( ) accumulated wealth over this collective neglect and propensity to side with the perpetrators and gained considerable support among the politicians over the course of time. Such a vicious tendency must not be tolerated and shall be fixed by more decent citizens. It is not unreasonable to assume other criminal activities of these organizations considering Mr. L’s audacious crimes conducted against the entire human race and other frequent reports on their crimes including murder, animal torture, drug, etc. These groups work as a warm bed and a greenhouse for the criminals like Mr. L to mask as a farmer and hide their true identity. In Korea, millions of vulnerable senior citizens suffer from extreme poverty and live on collecting garbage. These are law-abiding citizens that must be protected before the meat dog traders who destroy and violate everything beautiful and vulnerable for their ill gains. The ( ) have engaged in the following activities: 1. Follow and watch me 24/7, even to the toilet and bathroom, especially, the male participant, Kim Jeongdo has been the most active one and he never missed a chance to follow and watch me in the bathroom over the last 8.5 years, 2. Torture and murder of dogs, 3. Sexual torture and attempted murder (Kim Moonhee), 4. “Playing Kim Moonhee” by reading and speaking all the words on my mind and in my documents while I write, 5. Read English on my mind when I translate (my livelihood), 6. Engage in my dream if it is offensive and stimulates and torture the dog/me to wake me up, 7. Broadcast loudly and act bizarrely all day long to draw my attention so that they can be “broadcasted”, 8. Impersonate and act, 9. Swear. Their crime is conducted 24/7 and must be stopped not only for me but for the entire world. 

 Mr. L – After I found the evidence that Mr. L was the source of all the secondary crimes, I went to meet him in M.A-gun County. Back in 2015 when he first organized the crime, he was a local branch leader of ( ) in M.A-gun County. When I went to meet him in March 2018, he said he was Vice President of ( ), another prominent industry association. Although he declined his involvement in the killing of my dogs and torture of myself, his hands trembled when I talked about Harry and Soondol. He got timid and asked what he could do for me to stop reporting the crime to the police. And then, he suddenly raged by saying that he cannot forgive anyone who brings his/her dog to his/her bed to sleep together. After we parted, he texted me asking me if he can see me again. Based on the evidence I have accumulated so far, Mr. L has been involved in contract killing, torture and murder of my dogs, sexual torture and rape, 24/7 violent surveillance, brain crime (bio-surveillance) and stalking, abuse of children being drugged and mobilized to the crimes, use of drug and radio wave equipment, etc. Considering the scale, severity and continuity of the crimes, Mr. L’s involvement in contract killing, remote torture, radio wave and drug business can be the tip of the iceberg of the meat dog traders. Raising only 200 dogs in a small local town but representing two most prominent ( ) in Korea, it is believed that he is a long-term criminal gang in disguise of a “vulnerable” meat dog farmer. He “must” be investigated. Although the size of the gang has shrunk by now, at first and for the first a few years, there were several tens of people participating on and off in the crime. This means that Mr. L is an organized gang leader who can mobilize a lot of criminals at the same time. 

 Kim Jeongdo – Kim Jeongdo calls himself “Kim Jeongdo the Citizen of Iksan City”. He is the main person who was contacted by Mr. L among other hitmen. He brought Kim Soonok, a sex worker and his lover and Cho Chanwook who are also citizens of Iksan to the crime. He engaged in torture and murder of my dogs, sexual torture and rape of myself, extreme stalking and bio-surveillance (he follows me to the bathroom and watches me), impersonation and acting. Although he was most active and led the group in the beginning, after I found his real name and other personal information in June 2020, he tended to hide and ordered Kim Soonok to conduct all the crimes instead of him. 

 Kim Soonok – Kim Soonok is the cruelest member of the group and mostly engaged in torture of the dogs and myself. Being the only female adult in the group, she engaged mostly in torture, attempted murder, “forced human-body broadcasting”, sexual criminal activities and identity theft. She is certainly a drug addict considering her ceaseless bizarre and extremely violent and impulsive activities. Especially, her most prominent fun is to be connected to my brain and if this does not take place for many hours due to my sleep or engagement in other work, she becomes very aggressive and impulsive, resulting in the torture of my dog and sexual attack against me. She often says that she will take my place and the telepathy is hers. She is addicted not only to the drug provided by the ( ) and Mr. L but also to the “forced human-body broadcasting” and torture. She is the one distributing the drug to the children. As she conducts animal cruelty in front of the children, she has been largely involved in child abuse, too, including deprivation of education, eating and sleeping of the children in her care. Being a female, she is the cruelest element towards me (female, too), children and animals and shows the common characteristics of the perpetrators of family violence. Actually, she is the leader of all the violence in this crime. If she stops talking and engaging in bizarre activities, all the people of the world will be able to live more comfortably as I will limit my personal life to the fullest until the brain connection phenomenon is fixed. 

 Cho Chanwook – Cho Chanwook was invited by Kim Jeongdo in the beginning and engaged in the crime significantly. However, he left the crime when I found his real name in June 2020 and never returned. 

 Soonkil – Soonkil was a kindergarten boy back in 2015 when the house break-in and murder of my dog, Soondol was taking place. The reason why I think he was a kindergarten boy back in 2015 is that he sang “Songho Kindergarten Song” (recorded) all throughout the night when the adults were working hard to break into my house to poison Soondol. He persuaded Kim Jeongdo not to kill Soondol all night long but Kim Jeongdo said that he had to because “Mr. L from ( ) in M.A-gun County” (direct translation) ordered him to do so and Soonol must die as he had a good life thanks to Kim Moonhee while he himself lived by doing only the hard and dirty works all his life. Soonkil was accompanied by the people he called mother, father, aunt and grandmother, meaning that his family is a professional radio wave crime gang though he had such a pure soul and good intentions to save Soondol and myself from Kim Jeongdo. Most of the information pertaining to Mr. L and ( ) came from various talks between Soonkil and Kim Jeongdo recorded over December 6-7, 2015. He left the crime in the latter half of 2016 along with his family and appeared twice shortly since then. I am deeply indebted to this precious child. 

 Taehee’s father – Taehee’s father was the one who implored Kim Jeongdo and Kim Soonok not to kill Soondol all night long on December 6-7, 2015. His protest to save Soondol was very strong. He also said that Kim Jeongdo and Kim Soonok killed Harry, too. His strong protest not to kill Soondol is much appreciated. Alongside Soonkil, he played a good role though his trial though they finally killed Soondol, too. I am also indebted to this empathetic man. 

 Children and other people – Strangely, Kim Jeongdo and Kim Soonok have always been accompanied by children. The groups pf children were replaced 3-4 times over the past 8-9 years so the age level has been maintained at the same level. Most of them are ages of kindergarten or elementary school kids. I wonder why the children participate in the crime and don’t know their exact roles. During the house break-in and force-feeding over December 6-7, 2015, there were five different children involved. They have been deprived of education and constantly exposed to violent activities of Soonok Kim including animal cruelty and sexual torture. They are not fed regularly and often stay up all night attending the crimes of Kim Soonok. It has also been recorded several times that the children are provided with the drugs. Many of their voices seem to be affected by asthma collectively, meaning that they smoke something. Although they were deprived of the right to education and proper care, as our brains were connected, some of them learned English and Korean from me and even spoke the languages fluently. If there is one thing that I have learned from this barbaric criminal group, it is that children, too, feel and think and must be respected just like adults. They were more mature and good-hearted than Kim Jeongdo and Kim Soonok. I feel sympathy for them. All of them must have been traumatized by the evils done by Kim Jeongdo and Kim Soonok. Please rescue them. There were other adults involved but they left feeling sorry for me as far as I know. Cho Chanwook was the last main figure who left the crime when his real name was found back in June 2020 and never came back. Other adults engaged in severe sexual torture against me and most of them were presumably drug users considering their abnormal behaviors. They often ignored Kim Jeongdo and Kim Soonok and had more information shared with Mr. L. It is considered that Kim Jeongdo and Kim Soonok were not normal engagers of the radio wave gang and were new comers whose intelligence had always been doubted by the normal gang members. These people left the crime for two reasons: 1. Sympathy for me, 2. My continued investigation and ceaseless analysis of the recorded materials. I can presume that for the radio wave crime gang, security and secrecy are the keys to their long-term hidden crimes. So these professional radio wave gang left the crime as I became more aware of the business and secured more and more information about them. However, Kim Jeongdo and Kim Soonok are different from other radio wave crime gang members. They don’t care about the secrecy and open everything about them. Rather, they enjoy showing off and telling me about themselves openly. Especially, Kim Soonok endlessly seeks my attention so that she can be broadcasted through the telepathy, which disgusts me so much. This means that they are not professional radio wave crime gang though they use the equipment for their crimes. 

5. The Global Brain Connection and the Secondary Crimes as the Sin against the Entire Human Race 

The global brain connection and the secondary crimes that enhanced and perfected the brain connection (telepathy) through various evil and wicked activities are the common enemy, misfortune and misery faced by the entire human race. They must be acknowledged and abolished for good through good engagement of accountable and legitimate governments and civil society. I, as a legitimate party and victim of these massive crimes, strongly assert that these two crimes must be acknowledged and solved for the entire human race and their most valuable virtues and values. It is the democracy that must be enhanced, not such harmful and invasive technologies and crimes, to make the human race develop and prosper through goodness. Such evils must be fought off for they benefit only the small number of criminals and the meat dog traders and their accomplices such as Kim Jeongdo and Kim Soonok. If you do not interrupt and suspend the activities of ( ), Kim Jeongdo and Kim Soonok, the global brain connection will become more solidified and all the dirty and vicious contents will keep being broadcasted to all the people of the world endlessly. They must be stopped immediately. As for the details, please refer to my description of the torture and my statement against the global brain connection and the secondary crimes. 

6. My request 

 Multidirectional investigation into animal cruelty, drug business, radio wave crime, brain crime/bio-surveillance and offenses against persons such as remote torture and mobilization of children for criminal purposes; 

 Dissolution of the warm bed and the hiding place of such criminals, (                             ); 

 Investigation and arrest of Mr. L, Kim Jeongdo, Kim Soonok and other accomplices from the ( ) and rescue of the children; 

 Suspension of the global brain connection, moratorium and prevention of recurrences through policies, laws and technologies and transparent information disclosure to the global public; 

 Suspension and prohibition of the remote torture, bio-surveillance and high-tech crimes; 

 Strengthened awareness of cruelty against the truly vulnerable, not the violators such as the ( ) and measures such as laws and policies; 

 Protection of the infants, children and juveniles: They must be removed first from this crime. I am an adult female and the contents broadcasted by the criminals are X-rated, which is very harmful to children and juveniles; 

 Compensation to the victims; and, 

 If necessary to stop the global brain connection, my euthanasia 

7. Final words 

If someone peeps into the toilet while someone else is using it, he will be jailed immediately. Kim Jeongdo has skipped not even once whenever I go to the bathroom and it took place for the last 8.5 years. If someone touches other person’s genitals, he will be jailed immediately. Kim Soonok has molested my genitals for the last 8.5 years. If someone hits a dog, he will be immediately punished. Kim Soonok has tortured my dogs for the last 8.5 years. If someone reads someone else’s diary without permission, he will be punished. Kim Jeongdo and Kim Soonok followed every word in my brain and spoke the words on a real-time basis for many years. If someone interrupts someone else’s business, he will be punished. Kim Jeongdo and Kim Soonok read English in my head when I translated and spoke the words on a real-time basis when it was my livelihood, thus successfully disrupting my economic activities. If someone is watched by someone else without permission, he would be punished. I’ve been followed and watched for the last 8.5 years without stopping by Kim Jeongdo and Kim Soonok. If I fought back, is it my fault? I can say that whatever I said or did to them to stop them, it was self-defense that the judiciary system shall protect. 

In sum, due to the brain crime and the secondary crime, for the last 49 years, I have lived a life of a farmed animal exhibited for entertainment and experimented on. 

Somehow, at one corner of my mind, I have always thought that I must finish my life to end the global brain connection/telepathy for the sake of the human race. However, I also thought that as these evils manifested through my life, perhaps it is my duty to show the evils to the world and shed light to fight off the evils. I do not know which side of the thoughts is right. But right now, I am doing what I think to be the right thing to do. Because I realized that these evils will persist even after I die… 

Also, based on my investigation and victimization, I must conclude that the meat dog traders are not socially vulnerable. Many of them are “new rich” driving world’s famous luxury cars while inflicting the cruelest suffering on the animals in their care. They are rich enough to hire many hitmen for almost 9 years. They disregard public interest such as human rights, animal rights, hygiene, safety and environment while often engaging in criminal activities. As can be seen from Mr. L’s case, they don’t care about the rest of the world if it constitutes their ill-conceived criminal interest. Any politician trying to embrace them is criminal even when they disrupt the world’s population through criminal contents of activities. Richness mostly sought by these people in disregard of everything virtuous and valuable to human beings does not make them dignified. Their conscience and altruism will do. In addition, I am not treacherous. I’ve been reporting the crimes to various sources of the Korean government and investigators for over the last 8 years. As far as I know and confirm, some of the Korean investigators have most fully identified the criminal elements of the secondary crimes and almost solved the crime already. At the same time, I cannot ignore that the world population is at stake. This is a global phenomenon and must be attended immediately. I just hope that I am not too late. I have tried but was successfully stopped by ( ) for the last 8.5 years. 

I have endured all of these crimes just to identify and show the crime to the world and solve the suffering experienced by all of us and the most vulnerable beings. Most of all, the memories of my most beloved dogs sacrificed, Harry and Soondol sustained me all throughout the hardships and ordeals. The wish to be reunited with them has enabled me to go on. 

Finally, I am not a perfect person. Rather, I have so many flaws. Realizing that my brain is connected to the entire population of the world, I did my best not to be bad all along but it was not enough. Additionally, I have been severely harassed by a woman named Kim Soonok who wanted to steal the telepathy technology and my identity. This made the entire world suffer more. Now I want to end this misery for all people. The crimes are intricate and involve multifaceted evils as explained above. Please don’t look away. The human race is suffering and this direction is not right. Let’s turn towards the right direction now. Please engage.

As for the voice files, they have been selected from a large amount of files accumulated over 8 years and represent the voices delivered through radio wave. Korean sound-editing companies have verified the presence of human voice. Listen to them in a quiet place at the highest volume. The statement carries my positions as a party and a victim of the harmful technologies. The description of the remote torture represents my statement of the torture experienced by myself and my dogs. They will be further revised and enhanced so that they can be sent to more recipients in the future.
