Background 

My name is Moonhee Kim and I am a Korean animal rights activist active since 1998 with a specific focus on the dog-meat trade. This press release pertains to organized crimes conducted by an animal industry source. I have been subjected to organized crimes conducted by ( ) (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) since August 2015. As a background, I have lived a life of the epicenter of the global brain connection (telepathy) for a long time and while trying to stop this phenomenon and continue my work to ban the dog-meat trade in Korea, I fell victim to very covert organized crimes. The organized crimes included torture and murder of my three companion animals, torture of my two companion animals, extreme stalking combined with complete bio-surveillance, sexual crimes, fabrication of a mental illness, deprivation of economic activities and livelihood, destruction of the identity as an animal rights activist and complete social exclusion let alone the institutional animal cruelty conducted at the dog-meat facilities which has been sustained by the Association. At the same time, my investigation has secured many statements that the Association has illegally watched Korean animal protection groups and activists devoted to ending the dog-meat trade in Korea by using radio wave in their attempt to smother the activism against the dog-meat trade in the country. Luckily, on January 9th, 2024, the Korean National Assembly passed ‘the Special Act Banning the Breeding, Slaughter, Distribution and Sale of Dogs for Human Consumption’ with a grace period of three years despite such harmful secret crimes and activities of the Association to legalize the dog-meat trade in Korea. As the crimes were conducted invisibly and mostly without physical traces, I had to spend 9 years and 2 months just to prove the crimes through investigation. Now, the results have been presented in one report titled “The Comprehensive Report on the Omnidirectional Crimes of ( )”. It was extremely difficult to prove the crimes as they involved the use of equipment using invisible energy source and the criminals could hide their physical appearances and activities except for their voices which have been recorded constantly over the past 8 years. I, with the purpose to reveal the crime to the society, have been recording their voices for the past 8 years since November 12th, 2015. The recorded files contain human voices including the main criminals hired by the Association for these crimes such as Jeongdo Kim, Soonok Kim, Inseop Shim, Chanwook Cho and 17 children and juveniles and many other adults. While the Association is manned by very rich dog-meat traders, the people hired by the Association for this crime work just for very little money. In this crime, there are emotional factors such as extreme contempt, hatred and anger against animals, animal lovers and animal rights activists as well as more realistic goals to maintain the dog-meat industry. My investigation also found several statements that the Association is the sole or main source of the radio wave crime in Korea affecting victims other than me (500-1,000 according to the children mobilized for the crime) and generating criminal gains amounting to KRW 30 billion per year (a temporary and rough estimate of mine to be supplemented and corrected by the government, hopefully). For now, it is presumed that the dog-meat industry has worked as a financial route of the radio wave crimes in the country and is a façade of criminal elements such as the radio wave crime mostly focusing on bio-crimes in secret. 

In sum and as explained above, there are two backgrounds of their crimes: 1. Global brain connection (telepathy), 2. Dog-meat trade that invited the Association to commit all genres of crimes to stop the brain connection from being used to ban the dog-meat trade and to promote legalization of the dog-meat trade. For example, one of the leading criminals in this crime was a member of the Committee to Stop Revision of the Animal Protection Act of Korea. I reasonably have figured out that the main purposes of the organized crimes of the Association included the destruction of my life as an animal rights activist, takeaway and occupation of the global brain connection field (telepathy) and stifling of the Korean animal rights activists and groups dedicated to ending the dog-meat industry in Korea and you will be able to understand this reasoning if you read my report attached to this message. 

Purposes 

The purposes of this press release are as follows: 

1. Informing the global public of the global brain connection and sharing the concern of brain control in the future which may damage the fundamental and natural human rights such as freedom of thoughts and democracy so that the world can work to prevent such a dangerous possibility; 

2. Urging the Korean (and other relevant) government to clean the global brain connection field that has been occupied and abused by the Association for the past 9 years and to manage it to prevent crimes, misuse and abuse as well as helping to eliminate or minimize it, if possible; 

3. Inform the global public that there are crimes invisibly destroying a life, both human’s and animal’s by using remote technologies. Ensure that the government applies all the applicable current laws and make new laws to successfully crack down on such covert crimes; 

4. Dissolve and remove the criminal sources such as the Association engaging in the most global arena such as the global brain connection field and clean the field so that it remains ethical and safe for everyone until the collective solution is made for the benefit of all; and, 

5. Improve more awareness of animal rights and other humane causes that might have been compromised and damaged through the organized crimes by the Association and because of the public doubt arising from the epicenter (Moonhee Kim) of the global brain connection being in the animal rights activism 

The Summary of the Investigation Report 

1. I, an animal rights activist based in Korea, having found that I have lived a life of the epicenter of the global brain connection field, created a website named VolunTour Korea on July 17th, 2013, the Constitution Day of Korea, as a way to express my concern and solve the problem and researched and wrote for legislation of the law to stop the brain connection phenomena and promote other social issues such as banning of the dog-meat trade. In my attempt to minimize the brain connection while pursuing public interest as much as possible, I decided to live in one of the remotest places in Korea away from people and moved to Haenam-gun on August 12th, 2014 along with two senior companion dogs named Harry and Soondol. In the remote house right in front of the sea and in complete solitude, I devoted my time to legislation to tackle the brain connection problem and improve animal rights such as prohibition of the dog-meat trade. 

2. One year passed and in August, 2015, the dogs, Harry and Soondol became subjected to very bizarre physical pain with clear signs of deliberate but invisible torture and died on October 28th, 2015 and December 8th, 2015 in a row in the most abominable ways. Doubting that the animals’ deaths were caused by a criminal source, I began my investigation. In the end, my years of investigation into their deaths revealed that Harry was tortured, which deprived him of breathing, eating and sleeping for 40 days and Soondol was poisoned to death. The investigation revealed in May 2018 that it was ( ) in M.A-gun County that hired certain people to torture and kill Harry, Soondol and me and in September 2024, it was revealed that it was ( ) that conducted all the crimes explained in the report and killed the dogs in the most extremely painful ways as the first step to destroy my life. 

3. After the deaths of the two dogs named above, I became subjected to very painful sexual torture and rape and other physical torture, which took place remotely, combined with complete bio-surveillance due to my characteristic of the brain connection. As the torture and all other crimes were done invisibly and remotely, I had to spend 9 long years just to prove the crimes. In the process, I was completely excluded in the society and my identity as an animal rights activist was damaged. 

4. As the crimes continued, the Association tortured my cat named Haenim to death on August 20th, 2023 and Soonok Kim has been hurting Dotori the dog since October 2018 while Jeongdo Kim engages in serious computer crimes, disabling me to use the computer itself in my attempt to let the world know their crimes as their last-ditch effort now that their crimes have been laid bare in public over the past a few months. 

5. They used the remote technologies enabling surveillance, torture and even murder. They abused 17 and more children and juveniles for their crimes. These abused children and juveniles helped me to identify the crimes in more detail and most of them want to leave the crimes. While I have consistently informed the government of the existence and abuse of these children, the government still remains silent and immobile. 

6. They used illegal drugs and bizarre equipment to maximize the torture and surveillance. What the criminals maintain is that the radio wave crimes in Korea are monopolized by the Association. If this is true, as the leader of the Association has been paying the criminals by remitting money under his real name, it will be possible to identify all the criminals using the radio wave equipment in the country, helping to arrest them all in one big raid (it is my wish). 

7. It can be concluded that the Association is the organized crime syndicate and must be dissolved while the global brain connection must be handled in the public realm and the remote torture and surveillance equipment must be investigated and banned. Also, as the dog-meat industry works as the main source for their crimes, involves extreme cruelty to animals and invites many other crimes, the industry must be thoroughly eliminated. 

The Main Problems 

These global problems have not been tended by the government and resulted in the deaths of innocent animals, total deprivation of an animal rights activist’s life and identity itself and the public unrest and discontent with the brain connection as well as the misfortune of subjection of our brains to unknown and thus, unaccountable sources. Whatever the design might have been, I don’t think that this experiment has been successful, intended or not. It may be that people just endure it as there seems to be nothing that they can do. They were not given the right to informed consent, nor was I. As everyone has been led or forced to remain silent, this constitutes social control and mind control itself while social engineering and social sorting may have taken place. I have not figured out who actually benefits from the global brain connection. One might say that animal rights activism may have benefited as I am related to animal rights activism but I have many reasons to deny such reasoning. There has been public unrest and doubt over animal rights activism as the epicenter of the global brain connection is related to animal rights activism. I have constantly observed backlashes and development of social tendencies towards the opposite directions, which may mean more use of animals, which is a very serious concern to me. Additionally, as the crimes took place in broad daylights when everyone could perceive everything from my brain, moral hazards and collective trauma may have been in place certainly. As everyone was not encouraged but somehow blocked from speaking the truth, there must have been certain impacts on the development of democracy, too. While everyone was watching, I and my companion animals had no protection from anything or anyone and suffered all the possible crimes beyond all genres and the global brain connection field has been criminalized by the types of people who slaughter dogs and engage in sex trade by openly and explicitly breaking the laws. If they can earn just very little money and play rather than work, they will sell the entire world and make all the people of the world suffer. The global brain connection field has been occupied by such people for the past 9 years. My position is that crimes and cruelty must not be hidden and the most vulnerable must be protected in any case. The people identified to have been in the organized crimes are those who will exploit those in the positions weaker than theirs, sell the world and harm all the people just for very little economic interest and enjoy forming exploitative relationships of control and subjection through sacrifice, control and manipulation of human mind. Also, the main emotional element of this organized crime is deep-rooted hatred against animal rights activists. Based on this understanding, I present the following main problems: 

1. Neglect and silence of the government (administration, police, prosecutors, lawmakers, etc.) and the political difficulty and disability to recognize these crimes. However, I have some hope, too. For example, some countries in Latin America such as Chile included “neurorights” in their constitution to protect mental freedom of their people; 

2. Silence of the media and experts; 

3. Use of publicly unknown equipment/weapon and extreme difficulty to prove the crime; 

4. Complexity of the crime involving all types of misdeeds beyond genres. This crime deprives social identity and causes complete social exclusion of a victim and thus, blocks the victim to represent him/her properly; and, 

5. Maintenance of extreme secrecy of the organized crime secured by inviting the most hidden classes of the society and abusing these people all throughout their lives without giving any chance for them to experience the society such as schooling and keeping them in the crime (radio wave crime, in this case) for their entire lives, thus maintaining the secrecy of the crime itself 

Expected Results 

Now that it has been revealed that ( ) has been involved in the radio wave crimes that result in torture, murder, abuse of victims (both animals and humans), bio-surveillance, deprivation of social identity, social exclusion, deprivation of economic means and total subjection of a human being to their technologies, the Association must be investigated and dissolved. The investigation and dissolution will result in: 1. Removal of the radio wave crimes and rescue of the victims, 2. Offering a good solution to the current global brain connection field and cleaning the field through removal of the Association, 3. Solution to the cruelty and torture involved in the dog-meat trade and removal of this important financial route for the crime, 4. Enabling the government and the National Assembly to develop policies and laws to ban the brain connection and the remote torture and strengthen anti-cruelty measures in all areas 

Conclusions 

1. Surely, the global brain connection may have helped to reveal and prove the invisible remote crimes. However, as it has been occupied and abused by the dark forces, there must be public work to clean it. Also, as there is this concern that human brain may be affected by these technologies, we must guard our most fundamental and natural rights involving our brains. 

2. It has been revealed that the Association has been using radio wave equipment to torture and murder both humans and animals, deprive of social identity and economic means, watched the animal rights groups and activists fighting the dog-meat trade in Korea, affect the global public by abusing brain connection and take away the telepathy (direct translation of their own remark) and it is said that they monopolize this heinous crime in Korea. They have abused not only the animals but many children and juveniles and a woman like me. Also, the dog-meat industry involves extreme torture itself. The Association must be investigated and dissolved. 

3. Although my brain has been connected to all, my life was miserable and I had to lose my most beloved and precious companion animals while being unable to help the global public out of this mess and disorder. My entire life has been subjected to the brain connection and my 40s has been devoured by ill-intended people like Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim and my most beloved beings were tortured to death by the Association right in front of my eyes. My voice concerned about all these crimes has always been underwater and never been responded. There must be interactions and responses to collectively solve all these problems. 

4. As for the most public matters, I want to inform you that the Association prolonged the days of the global brain connection by successfully disrupting my effort to stop it, filling the field with the vicious contents of animal cruelty, sexual crime, social exclusion and identity theft, etc., and perfecting the brain connection technology by forcedly engaging in and taking away the global telepathy through counter-telepathy and forced telepathy while killing the innocent animals. The Association also has been trying to smother the Korean animal activism dedicated to banning and elimination of the dog-meat trade by engaging in illegal surveillance and never-ending preposterous lawsuits which put most of the prominent activists under threat of arrest, imprisonment and compensation. 

5. For the reasons stated above, I seek your interest and engagement as an important source of social development and a member of ethical and moral communities of the world. Please read the attached report for details. 

My Final Words and Dedication 

I am fully dedicated to Harry, Soondol and Haenim and all other animals who were tortured to death by the Association, Dotori who is being hurt by Soonok Kim and all the people out there who suffered together with me. My last wishes are to see these crimes recognized, understood, dealt with and prohibited, do my best for the public interest and live a good life so that I can go to heaven and meet my Harry, Soondol and Haenim, to say sorry to them for having not been able to save them and to live together forever again and do my best to help people out of this mess of the global brain connection already contaminated by the unspeakably heinous and vile crimes. Living one day without the brain connection and the criminal pack of the Association along with my companion animals, listening to music and working for animals and people has never been enjoyed over many years. My freedom is important as any suppression of my rights and freedom may subconsciously affect people and they may think that even the fundamental rights can be compromised and the fourth stage of the global brain connection (please, refer to the report attached to this message) may abuse this subconscious subjection. I am preparing to file complaints, both civil and criminal, soon and consistently inform the global public of the process of the problem solving. Please keep taking interest and help.
