Press Release: Exposing Truths of Global Brain Connection, Radio Wave Crime and Dog-meat Trade

Amidst the political turmoil in Korea as of December 8th, 2024, I still would like to present the following website that reveals the truth of the global brain connection (telepathy), dog-meat trade and radio wave crime. Today nine years ago, December 8th, 2015, a senior dog of mine named Soondol (순돌이) died while releasing exploded and torn-apart intestines through his anus for 1.5 days in the most indescribable pain. It was 42 days after the death of my another senior dog, Harry (해리) died after 40 days of being unable to breathe, eat and sleep. Then, I was the next victim to this remote torture which involved serious bio-surveillance due to my characteristic of the telepathic function. Doubting criminal elements in the deaths of my dogs named above and based on my actual experience of remote torture and even rape, I set out to investigate into who did this and why. After years of investigation, I found evidence that these dogs were tortured to death by Jeongdo Kim (김정도), Soonok Kim (김순옥), Inseop Shim (심인섭), Chanwook Cho (조찬욱: fled in July 2020 when his real name was found and reported to the police and never came back) and many others hired by ( ), an organization established to legalize the dog-meat trade in Korea. After the dogs’ deaths, I became subject to full-blown remote sexual torture and even rape and the never-ceasing 24/7 surveillance. Harry and Soondol were not their final animal victims, however. According to the voice and video file evidence, they tortured my cat named Haenim to death in August 2023 by disabling her to breathe for 4 days, which also happened to Harry. These people, after killing the dogs but having failed to kill me as ordered by ( ), changed their purpose of crime to takeaway of the telepathy so that none of my work for animals could be delivered to the outer world. My 9-year investigation has revealed that ( ) has been behind all these crimes and misdeeds and based on my evidence accumulated so far, it is Mr. J and Mr. L who have been leading this crime that has been affecting the entire population of the world by using the radio wave equipment/weapon enabling remote surveillance, torture and perhaps even murder, which mostly result in total destruction of a victim. While this crime was conducted in their wish to legalize the dog-meat trade by stopping the global telepathy for dogs to be delivered and surveilling Korean animal rights groups and activists dedicated to ending the dog-meat industry in Korea, I have been able to consistently read their relentless contempt, hatred and grudge against animals and animal rights activists, which also made me conclude that it is a hate crime, in essence. 

The report attached to the following forwarded message dated October 15th, 2024 and also downloadable from the website presented below describes the entire process of how ( ) destroyed my life as an animal rights activist through surveillance and torture and how they have illegally surveilled Korean animal rights groups and activists in their attempt to legalize the dog-meat trade and disrupt the animal rights activism fighting the dog-meat trade in Korea. The report also presents some voice files proving the current status of global brain connection (telepathy). While I have been perceiving the global brain connection all throughout over many years, it was extremely difficult to find evidence. However, thanks to the investigation, I have secured voice files proving the telepathy. 

As for the torture and murder of my companion animals and animal cruelty in the dog-meat trade, please refer to pp. 72~130 of the report. It may be hard to believe but I have presented the voice file and video file evidence backed by my own observation and experience in relation to animal cruelty by ( ). Also, please refer to the important child abuse content in the report paged 242~262. I think that if the global brain connection means to remain virtual and in our heads only, at least, there must be no innocent victims and this has been my principle. However, as long as there are victims, I had to take courage to tell the truth no matter what. 

As for Dotori (Acorn), my current companion dog and the 4th victim to their crime, I may seek help from animal rights groups based in the USA such as Humane Society International (an organization who worked so hard to get many traumatized so-called meat dogs in Korea adopted in the USA) to get him adopted to a loving “patient” family as he is a dog traumatized from the remote radio wave torture and may not always be agreeable while suffering from cerebral meningitis and deafness, etc. He has been subjected to remote torture by Soonok Kim hired by ( ) since October 2018. I have secured many voice files saying that ( ) asked these people to kill Dotori and that Soonok Kim always attacks the anus of Dotori because of her sexual deviation. Based on my persistent scientific statistics, Soonok Kim attacked Dotori’s anus about 10,000 times over the past 6 years. I am having him under the best and the most reliable veterinary care and treatment and doing my best to have him with me as much as possible. I have done everything I could do to protect the dog but maybe I may have to give up and let him go if ( ) doesn’t stop all these crimes. As for the reason why I can’t get him adopted in Korea, please read the report (p. 67). If Dotori must go, instead of letting him go, I will never remain quiet and there will be no further “peaceful untouched crime” of ( ). 

Some may complain that I talk about animals when the world is in such a mess and so many are suffering and dying from various misfortunes. However, let’s put it this way. I believe that presence of good companionship of animals means that we are at peace and enjoy safety. When an animal in our care suffers, it is a sign that we somehow experience a problem and unrest. I want to bring that simple peaceful time and togetherness to the whole world that suffers from wars, hunger, injustice and crime. When the mad storm of the global brain connection hit me hard, I gave up everything and withdrew by seeking complete solitude in the remotest place in Korea far away from the crowd and everything. I gave up everything and everyone abandoned me. The last and only thing left for me were the companion dogs, Harry and Soondol. I could give up, withdraw and hold back but the thing remained till the end of time were these two dogs and they died because of it. Maybe I couldn’t let them go and leave them alone because their heart for me was so genuine and warm and they loved me so much when I gave up everything and everyone. We were so abandoned, letting ( ) decide a sacrificial offering of three of us, me, Harry and Soondol (recorded). Thus, based on the revelation of my life, companionship of animals and protection of animals are not related to the theme of the rich vs. the poor. I, the one who was deprived of everything but my own life and spirit, had nothing but the companionship of the animals. It means that they will be with you no matter what hardship hits you. And they fought so hard to sustain, protect and stay with me and finally, lost their lives through extremely painful torture. We were the three souls completely abandoned by all and we were the Association’s sacrificial offering. We were the poorest souls and complete outcasts on earth. We held onto each other and fought the war of the global brain connection and the radio wave crime together and they lost their lives just because they didn’t leave me till the end. I, the remaining one, held onto the fight and am here, exposing the truth. My mind, torn apart and rampaged by all the crimes, could remain healthy and stable thanks to the goodness of my companion animals, their memories and my belief that being good and living a good life can lead me to heaven where my companion animals are waiting for me in God and that we can be together again and forever. Though surveilled and tortured 24/7 and living in the most primitive world, I could keep my sanity and humanity through the memories of their love. They were the last thing that I could cling to, next to my Christianity when the world hit me so badly. 

In this letter, I would like to tell you that I believe that the level of democracy of Korea and the compassionate reasoning and sharing of all the people of the world can bring about good solutions to the global brain connection and the radio wave crime grown and perfected through the cruel dog-meat industry in the end. I believe that good things happen when time is ripe and that we are heading to that time. 

Also, I want to promise. I won’t let any criminal source peep into our world where our cherished ones live. I won’t let any such forces penetrate into the border of the global brain connection field and will seek help of everyone good to fight for decriminalization of the global brain connection field. I want to tell you that the first step is to remove ( ) and other possible criminal sources from the global brain connection field.

I have decided not to remain silent when I definitely know that there are victims even though there are risks of lawsuits and being considered insane. I’ve decided that I will not compromise the situation just by accepting to live together with the criminals and coming to terms to the level of torture only. My companion animals were tortured to death and my life as an animal rights activist has been totally destroyed and this crime is still ongoing. Through the tortured deaths of my companion animals, I’ve decided not to be quiet just to make things look alright. They may call me insane or even imprison me. They have money. They have power. Together, let’s end the cruel dog-meat industry sucking every little drop of blood of the animals, breeding and hiding various other crimes and secretly feeding the vicious radio wave crime that hurts not only the direct victims but also distorts social development through engineering and find the best solution to the current global brain connection.
